PLEASE FULL-VIEW!!!
Ahhh, here's two of my favorite characters of all time. The billionaire "beast" ("Is he even human?"-Sojiro Nishikado) : Tsukasa Domyouji, and the "working-class virgin" Tsukushi Makino from Hana Yori Dango, a.k.a. Boys Over Flowers. I love the way they fight all the time. I've been an HYD fan for years. It's got many incarnations now: anime, Taiwan drama, two new Japanese drama versions..... but I'm first and foremost the manga purist. The dramas are good. Haven't seen much of the Taiwan version called "Meteor Garden", but it's good. I have alot to say about the new Japanese dramas season 1 and 2, but I think I'll save that for my journal. Let's just say I would lay down my LIFE for Jun Matsumoto (plays Domyouji) (what am I saying, I would for ~any~of the F4) But out of them all, I think the anime did the best capturing the feel of the manga. Just my two cents (if that's even worth anything XD !!) Btw, If you haven't read the manga I IMPLORE YOU TO DO SO! You are missing out. Don't be judge-y by the artwork at first... Yoko Kamio-sensei went through a learning process over the 15 years she did this series. By the 10th volume the work is muuuch better and by the 20th, she's amazing (You'll be verrry surprised ) The humor is slapstick hilarious (It rivals Ouran High, IMHO) and the F4 are awesome. READ IT. This pic took me awhile. It's done in Copics and Corel Photopaint9. The pose was based off a couple of different 90's Calvin Klein ad's... The rock on her finger is a Tiffany's Schlumberger series diamond engagement ring in platinum and gold. It's price is ~$54,000. 0.o And those who know the characters, Makino would've fought with Domyouji the whole time he was putting it on her finger, unless she fainted from the cost of it.
