Here's my piece for the Ichigo and Orihime forums FLOL, Tanabata Festival contest. If you love these characters go sign up at the forums! It's full of the coolest, sweetest people on the web. I love those guys. ^___^

The IchiHime Five Lifetimes One Love forum---> [link]

The Tanabata legend revolves around two reunited lovers, in which I've drawn Ichigo and Orihime as. The original itself came out very pretty, Copics are great for drawing water effects (like Hime's hair fading and such) I might post the original in my scraps later this week or something.

The title is from a French song, "Chanson de Toile" by Emilie Simon... such a light and beautiful song.

Anyways, Done in Copics, india ink and Corel Photopaint 9

Hey, I was just wondering...I do a lot of embroidery work (or, at least, for a beginner I do,) and as I was browsing my faves, I thought, "Hey, she has amazing stuff that would be pretty easy to transfer into embroidery work." So, that brings me to my question...can I use this piece as a reference for some embroidery on a bag I'm working on? I'm thinking of posting my finished product on dA once I'm done, and you will get all the credit...and even if I don't, I would still love to get your permission before doing anything. You stuff is just so beautiful, that I feel it needs to be shown off a little more!

So, yea...thanks, no matter what your decision is!

2 years later I have to thank you for introducing me to this song and to Emilie Simon. I remember the picture and I am addicted to this song, using it for everything from a personal lullabye to inspiration for fiction. Thanks so much! I hope and 'bebe' are doing well :)
